Full Job Description
The Senior Analyst is a critical operations support role, enabling business process improvement and the modernization of processes across our memberships and broader commercial operations functions. This individual will partner closely with the Global Head of Sales Operations and also the Director of Memberships & Sales Operations and is structured around three strategic pillars: Memberships Process Improvement & Operational Excellence, Client Support / Concierge client activities and Sales Operations Cross-training and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Memberships Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Review day-to-day processes for membership teams, identifying bottlenecks and leading the implementation of automated solutions to streamline current workflows
  • Review current document intake and storage processes; identify new tools to support and enhance workflows
  • Assist with the documentation of various processes across membership teams, developing standardized training documents for current and new team members
  • Review case management solutions, implementing a queue management system for client onboarding related to the seat market
  • Leverage Docusign and other digitized forms to improve customer experience, reduce errors and save time for clients & internal teams
  • Support the transition to a new client-facing portal, ensuring all corporate membership processes are successfully migrated and optimized for a digital environment
  • Own the end-to-end flow of memberships-related data across CME internal systems and support senior leadership in a vision for improved internal systems coordination, information flow, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Evaluate various membership processes and communications directly affecting our clients and FCM partners for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Continuous focus on process improvement of team processes as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies


2. Client support / concierge client activity
  • Act as a member of CME's concierge team, participating in client calls and assisting clients directly with the corporate member and cross-exchange incentive program onboarding process.
  • Develop reporting and dashboards to track corporate membership and incentive program key metrics and to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.
  • Responsible for key team metric reporting including tracking of application status and team KPI's like onboarding status average days in progress
  • Support management with ad-hoc reporting and data-analysis projects to support strategic initiatives.


3. Sales Operations Cross-training & Support
  • Co-lead high-priority projects with the Sales Operations team focused on enhancing global sales processes, CRM utilization, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in and coordinate go-to-market campaign calls with Sales, Product, Research, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams

The pay range for this role is $77,200-$128,600. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
