Assess, investigate, and manage co-manufacturer quality issues, and request and follow-up on applicable corrective actions, working with outside vendors, co-manufacturers, and food safety quality teams.
Drives creative and breakthrough engineering/capital projects from conception to project close-out by leading the teams that plan, implement, and manage such projects. Ensures projects are completed in scope, on budget, and on time.
Implement programs and procedures to address existing and emerging environmental, health and safety issues related to operations, policies and regulations, including California, Washington, Arizona, Georgia, and Canada requirements.
Manage Pepperidge Farm Promo Objective reports to operations teams weekly for Ad Events, Drive Windows (Anniversary Sale, Stock-up, Holiday, Monopoly etc) set objectives, provide performance updates during and post event.
Partners with business and IT to ensure the company has and maintains appropriate privacy and confidentiality consents with vendors and business partners separately or as part of a contract agreement. These include Vendor IT Risk Analysis (VITRA), Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, etc.
Evaluate the operations and strategic plan to identify potential security and privacy requirements, challenges and concerns in order to proactively advise on security and privacy risks to be considered as part of planning.
Monitor current and future trends, technology and information that will positively affect organizational projects; applies and integrates emerging technological trends to new and existing systems architecture.
