Key responsibilities- Follow established CIE standard operating procedures from opportunity identification through delivery and hand-off to Technical Solution Architects.
- Follow established governance for creating, delivering, managing, and following up on CIE engagements.
- Coordinate the train-the-trainer enablement schedule across facilitators and technical teams.
- Monitor and confirm schedules for CIES deliveries, maintaining a calendar
- Monitor and follow up with Technical Solution Architects to ensure a seamless transition from CIE delivery to solution design.
- Support Program Lead (Nolan) with reporting details for leadership (Microsoft and WWT).
- Monitor program performance and escalate risks or gaps to Program Lead (Nolan).
- Maintain a centralized repository of approved CIE materials, recordings, facilitator resources, customer-facing content, and proof-of-execution documentation.

- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores reporting and tracking.
Qualifications- At least three years of experience in program or partner enablement within Microsoft technology programs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) or comparable customer enablement programs.
- Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal teams and external partners
- Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage schedules, documentation, and reporting cycles.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting progress updates to leadership.
- Experience collaborating with Technical Architects or delivery teams is an asset.
