Full Job Description
Key Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can take a lead role and work both independently within a team to provide front-end, and back-end, enhancement and

maintenance to these critical mission systems.
  • Designs, develops, documents, tests and debugs application software.
  • Conducts analysis and collaborates with subject matter experts in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting.
  • End product may be special use, customized, or commercial software.
  • Determines computer user needs; analyzes system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepares operating instructions; designs and develops autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs.
  • Ensures software standards are met.
  • Graphical User Interface (GUI) design
  • Design interaction with backend system designers
  • Perform testing on developed code (initial, functional and regression)
  • Coordinate and prioritize enhancements, modifications and bug fixes
  • Participate and contribute to a team approach to software development and problem solving Work well as part of a development team including across System and Business Analyst teams as well as other development teams.


Required Qualifications:
  • Typical education and experience: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience
  • DoD Secret clearance
  • Experience with C, C++


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) Precision Acquisition Vehicle Entry (PAVE) Phased Array Warning System (PAWS)
  • (BPP) or other ground-based radars such as the Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS)
  • IAT Level 2 Certification
  • Technical writing skills for generating analysis and reports.
  • Experience with multiple software languages C#, .Net, SQL Server. . .
