Design, develop, and integrate robotic and automation systems for real client applications, owning your solutions end to end.
Write and maintain software and automation logic with a strong emphasis on clean, modular, maintainable implementations.
Build Python-based tools, scripts, and services for automation, testing, configuration, and system orchestration - and look for places where good tooling can save the whole team time.
Support integration, testing, and commissioning of machines and production systems, both in-house and on-site.
Partner closely with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements, manage trade-offs, and deliver solutions that hold up in the real world.
Act as a go-to resource for hard cross-disciplinary problems, sharing what you learn so the whole team levels up.
Spot gaps and act on them - identify where our processes, tooling, or architecture are holding us back, and drive the improvements without waiting to be asked.
Champion new approaches, technologies, and tools (including AI/ML where it adds real value), and run small experiments to prove out what's worth scaling.
Take on the ambiguous, "no one's solved this yet" problems and turn them into repeatable solutions.
