Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Own and execute the organic social media strategy across Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts, driving brand awareness, engagement, audience growth, and business objectives
  • Develop and manage integrated content calendars aligned with campaigns, educational initiatives, seasonal moments, and key brand priorities
  • Spearhead end-to-end content development across social channels, including ideation, creative planning, production, publishing, community management, audience monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Manage social content creation budgets and oversee external content creators and production partners, ensuring high-quality, on-brand content is delivered on time and within budget
  • Direct creative briefs, content workflows, approvals, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution across all social channels
  • Identify emerging social trends, consumer insights, platform updates, and competitive opportunities to inform content strategy and maintain channel relevance
  • Monitor and analyze channel performance using Dash Hudson and native platform analytics, evaluating engagement, audience growth, campaign effectiveness, and content ROI
  • Lead performance reporting, competitive benchmarking, and content planning reviews, developing KPI dashboards, campaign recaps, and business reviews that translate insights into actionable growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sr. Team Lead to support for product launches, ensuring content, retailer activation, events, and promotional materials are delivered on time and aligned with launch objectives
  • Serve as the social media lead for key professional retail partners supporting launches, promotions, and organic social amplification
  • Partner closely with Sr. Team Lead, Brand, Sales, Education and IM teams to ensure social and integrated marketing initiatives support broader business objectives
  • Manage brand presence at industry events, trade shows overseeing social logistics onsite support & ad hoc responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
