Competitive Compensation: $150-$225K annually depending on experience & credentials.
Responsibilities: (Time Allotted %):
Client Relationship Management (35%)
- Act as a Lead Client Service Relationship Partner for a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth client families.
- Develop trusted, multigenerational relationships that drive client retention, referrals, and long-term growth.
- Lead client review meetings and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive wealth management advice.
- Partner with clients' professional advisors, including family offices, accountants, lawyers, and insurance specialists, to provide integrated planning solutions.
- Uphold and continually evolve the SWP+ Client Service Model, ensuring an exceptional and highly personalized client experience.
- Serve as a key point of contact for complex client matters, ensuring timely execution, communication, and follow-through.
- Maintain thorough client documentation and ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Business Development & Asset Growth (30%)
- Work with Thane Stenner and other senior partners to identify, qualify, and convert prospective client opportunities.
- Develop relationships with entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and referral partners.
- Participate in prospect meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and referral sources.
- Contribute to asset growth initiatives and revenue generation objectives.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at increasing referrals, wallet share, and client retention.
- Represent SWP+ at client events, industry functions, and community activities.
Wealth Management & Investment Advisory (20%)
- Present investment strategies and wealth management solutions to clients and prospects.
- Partner with Portfolio Managers and Analysts on investment reviews and client recommendations.
- Communicate market updates, portfolio positioning, and investment opportunities.
- Participate in Investment Committee discussions where appropriate.
- Assist with portfolio reviews and investment due diligence.
- Support implementation of investment strategies across client households.
Leadership & Strategic Initiatives (10%)
- Support execution of strategic growth initiatives for the business.
- Assist in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Contribute ideas to improve client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Participate in team leadership meetings and planning sessions.
Practice Management & Operations (5%)
- Maintain regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support preparation of client presentations, reports, and communications.
- Leverage technology, CRM systems, and artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and client service.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and workflow management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, private wealth, private banking, investment advisory, or a related field.
- CIM, CFP, MBA, CAIA or CFA designation.
- CIRO licensing is appropriate for an advisory role.
- Demonstrated success managing affluent or high-net-worth client relationships.
- Proven business development and client acquisition experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Previous experience working with entrepreneurs, business owners, and ultra-high-net-worth families.
- Experience presenting investment and wealth planning strategies.
- Experience using AI and technology tools to improve productivity and client service.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
