Job Summary & Responsibilities
Structure and lead design programs for lithography product lines, work closely with matrixed engineers, develop system models and subsystem requirements such that other both HW and SW engineering groups have clear design specifications and well-defined test\success criteria. Work closely with Product Managers and BU leaders to scope and develop products that increase our differentiation and competitive edge. Responsible from concept development through product release.
Competencies:
· Experienced with systems operations
o Electro-mechanical motion-controlled systems
o Development of large modules from complex sub-assemblies
o Precision design, alignment, and optics with micron-scale
o Strong knowledge of systems that are integrated and calibrated utilizing embedded metrology
· A demonstrated understanding of the interactions between complex systems
o Opto-mechanical interfaces
o Stepper, linear, and servo motors – basic control, heat generation, strength of materials and stress and strain
· Controls and measurements
o Precision mechanisms and methods
o Timing diagrams
o Latency identification, isolation, diagnosis, resolution
Qualifications
Must have 5 - 10 years of experience developing complex electro-mechanical systems with sophisticated software controls, preferably in the manufacture of advanced semiconductor capital fab equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
· A MS or higher in electrical or mechanical engineering or related technical field and 5 – 10 or more years related experience
· Strong background in system design, development, and successful project management
· Demonstrated success in bringing projects from concept through introduction to manufacturing
· Working knowledge of advanced project management skills with demonstrated success in meeting both schedule and specifications
Education required:
MS or higher degree in engineering, physics or optics and a high-level of expertise in at least one of the following engineering disciplines and familiarity with at least two others:
· Mechanical Engineering
· Electrical Engineering
· Software Engineering
· Dynamic Systems Control
· Optical Engineering
· Manufacturing Engineering

Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary Range:
$115,200.00 - $172,800.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
