Full Job Description
As a Sr. Staff Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, high-impact experiences that support our core business functions. What you'll be doing:
  • Partner with business units, IT teams, and end users to uncover business needs, employee difficulties, and experience opportunities, translating them into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive digital transformation, process optimization, and measurable improvements to the employee and user experience across enterprise applications.
  • Apply a product outlook and build-thinking principles to develop intuitive, simple, and high-impact experiences-starting with the user problem and connecting solutions to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global partners, architects, engineers, and business leaders to define product vision, prioritize capabilities, and develop world-class systems supporting NVIDIA's core business functions.
  • Use strong analytical thinking, data, user feedback, and qualitative insights to find opportunities, challenge assumptions, and make informed product and experience decisions.
  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling stories that build alignment, influence decisions, and help collaborators understand the "why" behind priorities and investments.

What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or an equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, enterprise technology, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.
  • Outstanding analytical and systems thinking skills, with the capacity to synthesize complex information, recognize patterns and root causes, define ambiguous problems, and convert insights into practical recommendations.
  • A strong product approach, with demonstrated ability to understand users, define problems before solutions, prioritize based on value, and continuously improve experiences using feedback and data.
  • Passion for user and employee experience, with the ability to support simple, intuitive experiences while balancing business requirements and technical realities.
  • Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to convert complex data, user insights, and technical concepts into persuasive narratives that encourage alignment and motivate action.
  • Demonstrated strength in engaging and influencing collaborators, including experience facilitating conversations with global teams, senior leaders, technical partners, and diverse business functions.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
