Full Job Description
About the team

Revenue Operations is a small team with outsized reach. We set how territories get drawn, how quotas get built, and how the forecast gets defended, and we own the Salesforce foundation that makes all of it real. This role sits alongside one other RevOps teammate and reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, which means access to the decisions themselves rather than a seat two rows back.

Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
What you'll be doing

You'll be the RevOps partner our field sales leaders come to first on forecasting, territory, and quota, and you'll keep the Salesforce data underneath those conversations airtight. Within six months, you should be the person leadership calls about pipeline health, not just the person who fixes the CRM.
  • Partner with field sales leaders through the weekly and monthly forecast cadence, helping them prep, pressure-test, and defend their numbers ahead of leadership reviews.
  • Drive territory design and quota-setting with field leadership, then own the Salesforce configuration that puts those decisions into production, including territory hierarchies, account assignment, and quota loading.
  • Advise AEs, AMs, and frontline managers on what the pipeline data actually says, and push back when the numbers do not hold up.
  • Own Salesforce hygiene and administration for the sales org, covering data quality, field and object configuration, user enablement, and troubleshooting.
  • Build the reports and dashboards field and RevOps leadership rely on for real-time pipeline, forecast, and rep performance visibility.
  • Run the mechanics of sales process execution alongside the broader RevOps team, from deal desk hand-offs to approval workflows and quote-to-close.
  • Produce ad hoc analysis on pipeline trends, conversion rates, and rep productivity, and document the process and systems changes that come out of it.

Who we're looking for

Must-haves:
  • 3 to 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role, including direct work with field sales leaders on forecasting and territory planning. SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience across reports, dashboards, and basic configuration. Admin certification is a plus, not a requirement.
  • A track record of operating as an advisor to sales leaders rather than an order-taker, including the judgment to challenge a number the data does not support.
  • Strong Excel and Sheets skills, and real comfort digging into data to find and explain a trend.
  • Sharp attention to detail, with a habit of catching data problems before anyone downstream does.
  • Clear, direct communication that lands with field reps and non-technical stakeholders alike.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience supporting a financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS sales motion.
  • Ownership of a territory or quota planning cycle end to end.
  • Exposure to Apollo.io, Gong, or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Basic SQL or experience in a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau.

  • Employee stock options
  • Medical, dental, vision plans with HSA (monthly employer contribution) and FSA options

  • Eligible new parents receive 16 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Home office stipend for new employees
  • Annual Learning & Development annual stipend

On Monday/Friday most employees Zoom into work from home while some take advantage of the quieter office.
