POSITION SUMMARY:
  • The Senior Project Manager reports to the Director, Project Managers
  • Located in Irvine, CA
  • Full-Time
  • In Office/Hybrid


As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives, managing projects from discovery to rollout implementation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills to ensure project success in a dynamic environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing scope or direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand needs and provide resolution options.
  • Develop technical acumen related to departmental functions and technologies.
  • Conduct project meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
  • Provide documented weekly project updates.

Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to deliver project objectives.
  • Lead pre-project, recurring, and post-project meetings.
  • Train incoming project managers as required.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and test project processes, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Create training content and disseminate information through marketing channels.

Communication:
  • Communicate project plans, timelines, and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • 6 - 8 years of Project Management or similar experience.
  • Restaurant equipment and/or foodservice experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with enterprise software.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Spark, InDesign, Illustrator, and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark's' benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
