- Hands-on agentic AI practice - evaluating outputs for quality, driving adoption, and applying AI-assisted automation.
- Project management certification requires PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent framework.
- Proven expertise governing complex programs on a scale, with full ownership of quality, cost, and delivery.
- A track record of engaging senior executive stakeholders and maintaining accountability across multi-workstream programs.
- Knowledge of SAP delivery tools - Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SAP Integrated Toolchain, and Agile methods.
What you'll Build In this role, you have to offer end-to-end delivery of the market unit's most complex programs. You hold full accountability for program outcomes - from planning through to business value realization. Your role spans complex program delivery, cross-team alignment, and building project management talent. You set the standard for governance, quality, and how program delivery gets done.
- Lead project planning and execution - from initiation and scope definition through to successful handover.
- Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive status reviews, maintaining accountability to program commitments.
- Manage escalations and stakeholder conflict - resolving risks, issues, and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
- Own project financial performance - managing budgets, forecasts, and resource plans against delivery milestones.
- Mentor junior project managers, raise delivery standards, and build capability across the delivery team.
