Assigns and directs project effort (survey crews and technicians), project communications within the company and to outside stakeholders, monitors and processes financial information, and maintains client relationships and attends training as necessary.
Communicate and coordinate technical evaluations and designs, technical writing of reports and correspondence with other discipline professionals, as well as with a Project Manager and representatives of the client organization to complete work efficiently.
Ensure that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion which includes clients meetings and relationships, project team members communication, monitoring budget and progress and A/R collections.
Capable of conducting critical negotiations and handling controversial issues. Exercises skill in persuading and negotiating or critical issues. Demonstrates good judgment in handling and solving complex technical and people assignments.
