OverviewCVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery for theFinance Applicationportfolio, which includes three billing systems: CIT Billing, AIS, and Telecommunication Billing. These systems capture service inventory and charges, apply rates/business rules, and generate billing transactions and files that support CIT revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own O&M, enhancements, and modernization delivery across the three billing applications
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, and work assignments
- Lead release planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination
- Produce and manage EPLC artifacts; coordinate change/security processes through TRB/CAB and ARB
- Oversee SLA performance, billing-cycle compliance, and Tier II/III support
- SupportDevSecOps/CI-CD delivery and cloud-native modernization
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- BS/BA + 8 years of relevant experience; OR MS/MA/MBA + 5 years; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
- 3+ years managing comparable-scope federal application efforts
- Federal EPLC/Agile delivery experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft .NET/ASP.NET billing applications and SQL Server
- Familiarity with CIT Billing/AIS/Telecom business processes; billing, rates, and accounts management; and integrations with ServiceNow ASR, NED/AD, Helix/AIS, EIS telecom data, and NIH Business System billing-file production

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
