OverviewCVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery forthe NIH Executive Secretariat's web-based controlled-correspondence and records system.The NIH Director and DeputyDirector byrouting executive documents for assignment, review, clearance, and signature, and managing approximately 63,231 documents annually for about 350 users.
Responsibilities
- Own all application-level delivery acrossNIHO&M, enhancements, and modernization
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, release planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Produce and manage EPLC artifacts; coordinate change and security processes
- Support records retention, NARA compliance, and FOIA-related coordination
- Monitor SLA performance and coordinate Tier II/III support activities
- Engage TRB/CAB and ARB governance processes
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- BS/BA + 8 years of relevant experience; OR MS/MA/MBA + 5 years; OR 13 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of IT project/program management experience
- 3+ years managing comparable-scope federal application efforts
- Federal EPLC/Agile delivery experience
- Working knowledge of executive correspondence workflow, records classification/retention, NARA electronic-record requirements, and DoD 5015-compliant records management
- Experience with access control, digital/electronic signatures, search/retrieval/reporting, and multi-office content segregation
- Ability to rapidly baseline incumbent architecture at transition

Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience)
