Job Summary
Integrity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead one of the flagship products in our technology suite. Our software serves agents, agencies, consumers, and the operations teams that support them across life, health, and wealth.
As a Senior Product Manager, you are the strategic captain of a dedicated cross-functional product team. That team includes a Product Design Lead, a Product Tech Lead, a Product Data Lead, engineers, and QA. You own what the team builds and why. You are accountable for the product's business outcomes, adoption, and advocacy.
This is a senior, high-visibility role. You will own complex products that span multiple user groups, carrier and data integrations, and evolving regulatory needs. You will present roadmap, status, and results to executive leadership. You will also help raise the bar for product practice across the team.
You will work within Integrity's modern, AI-powered product process. Product Strategy brings business signals, and you lead discovery and research. Each week, the team moves one feature from signal to a dev-ready prototype in our AI Prototype War Room. The prototype, not a spec document, is the deliverable. Every product is measured against shared outcome scorecards tied to growing and retaining writing agents.
Let's talk job responsibilities:
Product Strategy, Vision & Outcomes
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for your assigned product, aligned to Integrity's technology vision and company OKRs.
- Be accountable for the product's business outcomes, adoption, and advocacy. Every initiative should tie to a measurable business lever, such as writing agents, apps per agent, retention, or cost efficiency.
- Partner with Product Analytics to define and track the product scorecard. Connect T1 business outcomes to T2 and T3 leading indicators.
- Own the Product Requirements List and set feature priorities using Integrity's prioritization scoring. That scoring balances user demand, business impact, and effort.
- Make clear tradeoff decisions, and say no when a request does not serve users or outcomes.
Discovery & Research
- Lead user research for your product as part of Integrity's Three-Pillar Research model. This includes interviews, panels, and councils with agents, agencies, subject matter experts, and executives.
- Run competitive analysis, product analytics reviews, and hypothesis validation to size demand and potential impact.
- Turn sales signals and problem statements from Product Strategy into clear, testable product opportunities.
- Contribute to and maintain the shared Research and Prompt Libraries so every team builds on what Integrity already knows.
AI Prototype War Room & Delivery
- Lead your team's weekly AI Prototype War Room, taking one feature from signal to a dev-ready prototype each week.
- Arrive prepared, with competitive research, agent signals, and library prep completed before the room opens.
- Own the Product Brief and the Experience Brief, written alongside the prototype.
- Record demos and deliver the full handoff kit to Engineering. Partner with the Product Owner to turn requirements into user stories and backlog priorities.
- Join Feature Review and refinement sessions to keep delivery on track and manage tech debt with your Tech Lead.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership
- Lead your full cross-functional product team toward shared outcomes through collaboration, trust, and shared investment in the vision.
- Partner daily with your Product Design Lead, Product Tech Lead, and Product Data Lead on experience, architecture, and data quality.
- Work closely with your Director of Product Strategy to make sure line-of-business needs, regulatory requirements, and carrier considerations are reflected in priorities.
- Act as the primary product interface for executives, design, marketing, sales, operations, and data teams.
Go-to-Market & Adoption
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and your Group Product Manager to create and manage feature release plans, including timely approval of marketing strategy and ads.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Design to build merged CX Journey Maps and CX Personas covering both customers and users.
- Monitor post-launch adoption and performance, and iterate based on results. Launch confidently and evolve thoughtfully.
- Share product updates and demos in forums such as Weekly Status Meetings, Product Pulse, and monthly Tech Corners with the field.
Executive Visibility & Product Leadership
- Present roadmap, status, scorecard results, and recommendations in executive forums. These include CPTO Leadership Status, MBR Priorities Review, and annual Big 5 Goals & Initiatives planning.
- Own complex products with multiple user groups, integrations, and dependencies across other Integrity product teams.
- Mentor Product Managers and other team members on discovery, prioritization, and the Integrity Product Process.
- Model Integrity's Product Principles and help evolve the product playbook, standards, and libraries.
Qualifications:
Required
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, B2B2C, or SaaS software.
- A proven track record of owning a product end to end. This includes strategy, discovery, launch, and adoption, with results shown through measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of design, engineering, data, and QA without direct authority.
- Strong discovery and research skills, including user interviews, competitive analysis, and hypothesis-driven experimentation.
- Comfort working with data. You can define KPIs, read product analytics, and turn results into prioritization decisions.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate product work, such as research synthesis, prototyping, or requirements drafting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to executives and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience in insurance, insurtech, financial services, or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with independent agent and agency distribution, Medicare, life, or annuity products, or carrier integrations.
- Experience with CRM, quoting and enrollment, lead generation, or agency management platforms.
- Experience with rapid prototyping workflows and design systems, including prototype-first delivery.
- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers.
- Experience owning products with multiple user groups, such as consumers, agents, and agency staff.
