- Oversee the creation and coordination of construction documents from schematic design through construction administration to ensure accuracy and quality.

Professional Foundations- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET- accredited institution.
- Professional licensure, certification or accreditation required.
- Achievement of or pursuing LEED Accreditation or other industry relevant certifications and accreditations.
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the A/E or MEP industry.
- 10+ years of professional experience in the A/E Industry.
- Knowledge and experience in REVIT software, building load programs, engineering software systems, and energy modeling.
- Extensive knowledge of standards and codes.
- Experience in Construction Administration
- Diverse knowledge of plumbing, fire systems, smoke control, HVAC, engineering controls, and sustainability
- Participation in professional industry organizations (ASHRAE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Teams.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Slides, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Gmail, etc.
