"Senior Manager, Trade Marketing - North America" role is responsible for working alongside the North America
Account Partnerships team to ensure support and alignment with key retail partners and that the brand strategy complements
the retail 360 Go To Market plans. This incumbent will be the critical link between the global marketing team and the regional
sales and distribution channels in North America, responsible for developing and executing targeted, channel-specific
marketing strategies that enhance product visibility, drive sales velocity, and ensure brand consistency across all points of sale
in the US and Canada. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and
the ability to foster robust relationships with internal teams and external retail partners.
PAY RANGEThe anticipated salary range for this position is $99,400 to 125,500 USD.
Exact Salary rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLETrade Marketing Strategy & Regional Leadership- Establish key elements of operational plans for North America Trade Marketing, acting as the primary regional lead for retailer marketing projects, specifically Sephora and Ulta.
- Develop and execute exclusive regional campaigns aligned with broader Americas business goals, with moderate oversight from Partnerships/Brand leadership.
- Manage dedicated trade strategies across regional touchpoints, reducing the tactical execution workload for core brand teams.
- Oversee the regional education strategy with the Education Team, ensuring retail partners and in-store teams have best-in-class content, assets and training programs.
- Lead retailer marketing and campaign support for emerging brand opportunities, including LooPha and NIOD, in alignment with Partnerships/Brand leadership.
Retailer Engagement & Cross-Functional Execution- Build strong relationships with senior brand and corporate leaders and key retail partners, including Ulta and Sephora, using discussion and compromise to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing plans.
- Collaborate with Account Partnership Marketing teams and field leaders to drive local social content, local relevancy, Retailer Co-op programs and large-scale experiential activations.
- Lead Visual Merchandising projects by managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional/third-party partners to deliver fixtures and planograms on time and on budget.
- Lead channel recommendation processes to capture regional needs, managing translations and localization with agencies.
Industry Expertise & Channel Performance- Apply strong beauty industry and trade marketing expertise to execute the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) at point of sale, while tracking launch KPIs, creating 360° recaps and developing scalable regional best practices.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE- 7+ years of equivalent experience focused on Trade Marketing, Account Marketing or Retail Marketing Communications within a B2B/Direct-to-Consumer environment.
- 5+ years of people management and/or leadership experience, with the ability to organize work, allocate responsibilities, coach team members and support professional development.
- Beauty industry expertise with experience managing key North American retail partners; Sephora or Ulta experience preferred.
- Proven experience delivering successful integrated omnichannel campaigns, with a strong focus on retail execution, including VM rollouts and retailer co-op programs.
- Exceptional project management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, work cross-functionally at all levels, and use tools such as Wrike (preferred).
