Supports the BioPharm Regional Director (BRD) in planning and implementing regional functions/POA meetings which include: product information updates and sharing of field intelligence information, actively leads/participates in open presentations and discussions regarding marketing and/or sales plans.
Lead Operating Model initiatives within the Obesity Business Unit and represent Obesity in cross-functional Operating Model initiatives as well as other cross-functional initiatives focusing on strategic planning, organizational development and/or cross-functional collaboration.
Support daily IT Operations including but not limited to: general support; vendor management; change and release management; archiving and retention of computer system documentation and data; risk management and security; validation and training.

Ensure that reporting personnel have annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business, and that interim reviews are held so that their work is focused on those priorities, and they understand their level of accountability for results and the measurement process.
Leverages appropriate proactive methods to gather and demonstrate a thorough understanding of integrated customer accounts, customer business models, financial dynamics, marketplace developments, competitive strategies, healthcare policy and NNI strategies and processes.
Attends assigned medical and scientific meetings; ensures and maintains awareness of current issues and new data pertaining to NNI products; develops and maintains relationships with key health care providers and IHNs.
Reads, monitors and analyzes data to identify patient access requirements, potential payer trends and specialty pharmacy performance issues and positively communicates knowledge to appropriate NNI personnel and takes appropriate action to facilitate access as needed.
Oversees all operational aspects including database management, digital operations, reporting, management of technology infrastructure and capability solutions, developing a roadmap for identifying and integrating solutions to leverage emerging channels, compliance and information integrity, governance, streamlining and standardizing operating processes.
Builds knowledge about national sales and marketing strategies and learns how to adapt to an Area's unique market dynamics; observes the changing local and national healthcare environment and adjusts business plans accordingly.
Provides evidence-based scientific information (proactive and reactive clinical and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) information) for NNI products to executive decision makers, thought leaders and business influencers.
Responsible for the execution against these strategies and plans within a matrixed team. Identifies and supports opportunities to increase regional sales through applying a field lens to business trends and sales metrics.
Design, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of network, security systems, servers, desktops, VoIP phones, AV systems and server rooms, including the Manufacture network and other manufacturing systems.
Responsible for developing and implementing timely personal and non-personal promotions to help achieve brand goals, cultivating relationships with key patient advocacy groups & Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
