Conduct real world data studies to support the NNI evidence generation plan. These studies will be traditional outcomes research studies, economic evaluations of medicines and will be aimed will target top tier journals.
Supports the development and execution of value communications initiatives for franchise, including initiatives and business plans for inline and pipeline products in the franchise, in order to maximize revenue and profitability for the franchise.
Develops accurate short and long-term plans, forecasting, and business analysis. Ensures timely execution and follow-up, meets deadlines, prioritizes projects and time, anticipate problems and roadblocks to avoid crisis management.
Manage a team to lead activities that will include, but not be limited to, formulary consideration for all Novo Nordisk products and to broaden overall corporate and brand awareness across the managed markets segment.

Responsible for creating and executing an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Plan for the Government Accountability programs. Recommends enhancements to systems, processes and technologies for government reporting.
Participates in industry associations and engagements to raise the profile of the E&C Program and the company. Raises awareness of the program and fosters accountability for ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
Accountable to manage the Non Personal Promotion budget for the insulin growth portfolio. Makes sound decisions to optimize spend and ensure that resources are appropriately allocated and quality of services are maintained while costs remain on track and according to budget.
Oversees creation of strategic plans for market advocacy and awareness development across all stakeholders. Provides leadership oversight in defining different market shaping initiatives including but not limited to Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development, advisory boards, clinical communications using different channels and medical education programs.
