The Reliability Engineer is tasked with improving equipment reliability and optimizing area production through maintenance activities. This individual will use predictive tools and preventative maintenance to prevent failures, track failures and determine root cause to prevent re-occurrence and manage projects to implement changes from root cause activities.
Work closely with IT/Finance to utilize technology, after reviewing and evaluating invoice processing, to implement and monitor more efficient and effective processes and ensuring effective controls are in place.
Provide technical expertise in support of capital projects, process evaluation, and equipment modification. Manage contractors and maintenance staff during project installations. Maintain all logic and PLC programs, install switches, and perform maintenance on the network as needed.
