This team operates at the forefront of an evolving regulatory landscape, helping clients establish scalable, sustainable processes as Pillar Two reporting becomes embedded.

You will work closely with Pillar Two partners to lead multidisciplinary workstreams that bring together deep technical expertise and modern data and technology practices, helping clients establish sustainable processes for Pillar Two compliance and reporting as filing requirements move into Year 2.

This opportunity offers the ability to lead complex, end-to-end implementations while shaping client solutions, developing talent, and contributing to the continued growth of a distinctive capability in the Canadian market.

This role is well suited to someone open-minded and interested in building an evolving, multi-faceted career shaped by a growth mindset. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that provides mentorship and guidance to help you develop into not only a strong tax professional, but a well-rounded business leader.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end Pillar Two engagements, defining strategy, shaping scope, and overseeing delivery across diagnostics, data readiness, modeling, compliance, process design, and filing
  • Manage engagement economics, including resourcing, budgets, and commercial performance within the Global Delivery Model
  • Serve as a primary client advisor, building trusted relationships and leading discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities, leading pursuits and developing proposals across compliance, technology, and advisory services
  • Translate global legislative developments, OECD guidance, and tax authority positions into clear, actionable client strategies
  • Integrate capabilities across the global network, connecting clients with deep technical, industry, and technology expertise
  • Foster a high-performance team culture through leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members, building a sustainable pipeline of Pillar Two talent

What you bring to the role

  • Completion of, or significant progress toward, the In-Depth Tax Program or a Master of Tax program
  • Advanced technical tax expertise, including strong knowledge of Pillar Two concepts and computations
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and tax provisioning
  • Proven experience leading complex engagements and managing engagement economics
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and contributing to business development

Who will thrive in this role

An individual who:
  • Takes ownership and drives outcomes in complex, evolving environments
  • Thrives in high-stakes client engagements requiring both technical depth and strategic perspective
  • Actively stays ahead of global tax developments and understands the role of technology and AI in enabling tax services
  • Is motivated by building-whether shaping client solutions, growing a market offering, or developing high-performing teams

Providing you with the support you need to be at your best
