Summary

Are you a highly driven and analytical finance professional with a passion for strategic planning and driving financial performance? We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles for Celestica, a global leader in data center infrastructure and advanced technology solutions, with a leading position in the AI Infrastructure ecosystem and anticipated 2026 revenues of $19 billion (up over 50% YTY).

In this high-impact position, you will be instrumental in building strong partnerships across our broader finance, operations, and business teams. Your expertise will be crucial in deciphering the key dynamics influencing Celestica's financial results, pinpointing areas for improvement, and identifying opportunities to mitigate risks and enhance overall financial performance. You will also lead critical quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making at the CFO, CEO, and Board levels.

Detailed Description

Tasks performed include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Lead Forecasting and Planning Processes: Manage the full execution of corporate monthly and quarterly forecast cycles, as well as the Annual Operating Plan (budget) and Long-Term Strategic Plan processes. This includes defining timelines, setting planning assumptions, and collaborating across Finance functions on the build-up and validation of the forecasts and plans
  • Generate Executive Financial Reports: Prepare, refresh, and distribute critical reports for Executive audiences (including the CFO, CEO, Business Presidents, and Board of Directors) summarizing and highlighting key aspects of the Total Company's financial performance and underlying drivers
  • Drive Financial Modeling for External Guidance: Manage the development of models used for External Guidance and Long Run Strategic plans shared with the Board of Directors
  • Oversee Corporate Allocations: Manage and review the quarterly Corporate Allocations process
  • Continuous Improvement and Change Management: Drive ongoing enhancements to planning and forecasting processes, employing post-mortem and stakeholder reviews, adopting tools and emerging technologies as appropriate to support Celestica's accelerating pace and increased need for business insights

  • Repetitive manual movements are frequently required (e.g. data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc)


Typical Experience

  • 8+ years of relevant finance experience.


Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree; an Accounting designation is preferred.


Salary

The stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.

Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000 CAD/year
