Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues.
Talent Acquisition: Partner in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to attract and retain top talent.
Onboarding and Orientation: Welcoming new hires in the office.
Payroll: Support in bi-weekly full-cycle payroll process.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, help develop training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits: Assist with the understanding and communication of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures, and administering employee benefits packages effectively.
