“I can succeed as a Senior Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO at Capital Group.” As a Senior Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO, you will report into the Executive Office, providing direct support to the CEO. You have experience operating as an extension of senior leadership, understanding work styles, expectations, and preferences. Your expert-level anticipation has helped you consistently address your manager27s needs before they are aware of them. Your judgment and initiative are rooted in highly visible professional experiences that you27ve learned from. You have a high level of discretion, professionalism, and self-reflection. You27ve built a career assisting others and know the level of attention this role demands. You always think two steps ahead and have mastered the ability to stay on top of rapidly changing priorities and deliverables. You are a master at creating backup plans and alternative options when unforeseen circumstances arise. You27re highly resourceful, composed, and empathetic, adept at building and nurturing professional relationships. You create and prepare documents for meetings, make travel arrangements, lead ad hoc projects, and plan large-scale events. “I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You27ve directly supported top-level executives (C-Suite) and are well-versed in the demands and nuances of managing an executive27s calendar, including complex travel arrangements. In partnership with the Executive Office, you make recommendations on which meetings to prioritize and how best to align travel to support the executive27s most important objectives. You develop alternative plans and execute them as needed, when appropriate. You have experience creating agendas, detailed documents and excel files in advance of executive meetings. You possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and can communicate effectively across stakeholders at all levels, and from all backgrounds (internally and externally). You build appropriate relationships with assistants who support C-Suite leadership at client firms, government agencies, and other industry organizations with whom the CEO interacts. You are confident and credible, readily building trust within the executive office team and with stakeholders, both internally and externally. You possess a high-level of emotional intelligence and can navigate sensitive situations within the Executive Office and across Capital Group with ease. You possess impeccable judgement and maintain a high-level of integrity and discretion. You are patient and flexible, and able to adapt your style according to the needs of your manager and key stakeholders. You decide how best to respond to key partners and clients based on the nuances of particular situations. You are proactive and solutions-oriented, and your sense of urgency is consistent and dependable. You are calm under pressure, staying composed and professional in high-stress/high-volume situations. You have helped manage corporate events (i.e. lunches, dinners) for C-Suite guests, advising on venue choices and timing of meals/events to ensure a smooth, positive experience for all. As a representative of the CEO and the firm, you showcase strong executive presence and professionalism (demonstrated by acute attention to detail, accessibility, high EQ, etc.)both in written communication and when greeting or interacting with clients (i.e. in Capital Group offices or at corporate events). Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,920-$179,072 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital27s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
