Job Description:Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior District Manager (DM) for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases to lead our efforts in the Pacific Northwest District, which encompasses Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
Key Responsibilities:As a Senior District Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the Regional Business Director (RBD). You will help the Rare Disease Account Executives (RDAEs) adopt a competitive, patient-focused mindset, based on strong marketplace understanding. In collaboration with the RBD, you will help sales teams prioritize the greatest opportunities and drive performance. You should be comfortable overseeing teams working in a variety of market situations. (i.e., multiple therapeutic areas, first-in-class markets, highly competitive markets, etc.). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products within the Johnson & Johnson portfolio. This includes developing a district vision and cultivating a high-performance team culture to achieve sales quotas.
- Strategic Business Planning: Shape and implement business strategies including designing local ecosystem strategic plans and account level strategies, while managing operations within assigned budgets and ensuring plans align with overall strategy. Engage and coordinate with other field partners to ensure an aligned approach for success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with internal partners (e.g., Brand Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Commercial Excellence) and external stakeholders to inform brand strategy and drive business results.
- Customer Engagement: Effectively engage with key influencers (KOLs, C-suite executives) to advocate for our product offerings.
QualificationsEducation:- Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement
Required Skills and Experience:- Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, or biotech sales specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products to licensed healthcare professionals.
- Valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.
Preferred Skills and Experience:- Proven management and supervisory experience coaching and motivating a team.
- Completion of a J&J Management Development Program (Field Development Program, DM Prep Program) or equivalent management experience.
- Prior experience in rare diseases, particularly in neurology and hematology.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time.
- Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted, responsible AI use and sound judgment in applying AI-enabled insight.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$141,000.00 - $243,800.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
