Oversees and forecasts the scope, milestones, and objectives for each technical program, orchestrating the collaboration of teams to drive the successful delivery of each aspect of technical programs within their span of control. Oversees strategies that streamline comprehensive program plans that outline the management process for technical and considers cross-organizational scope impacting products and business. Oversees the development and execution of comprehensive risk mitigation strategies, driving alignment across multiple teams and executive leadership on these strategies. Establishes the vision and strategic direction for technical program improvement across the group, embedding best practices into organization-wide initiatives and ensuring long-term operational excellence and scalability. Leads meetings with executive-level stakeholders to align priorities, drive collaboration, and achieve technical program objectives. Guides technical programs and initiatives to improve efficiency, setting strategic direction for teams to shape these programs. 11 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large technical programs or projects, development/implementation projects or experience managing complex cross-functional programs, from conception to delivery

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Software Development, Electrical/Hardware Engineering, or related field AND 7 years of experience as a Program Manager leading large technical programs or projects, development/implementation projects or experience managing complex cross-functional programs, from conception to delivery
