Senior Design Consultant

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• 4+ years of experience in IRT or related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical and systematic thinking ability
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical details for non-technical users
• High attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong consultative skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for drug supply management
• Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols and client discussions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their business needs into software solutions
• Document all requirements accurately in specification templates
• Lead internal team reviews of draft specifications and address design-related queries
• Facilitate client reviews of IRT specifications, ensuring timely updates and approvals
• Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan and coordinate data setup for client testing
• Serve as the primary contact for design inquiries during the system build process
• Lead client UAT sessions, tracking fixes and coordinating with project managers on timelines
• Support IRT system redesigns and new feature implementations during maintenance
• Identify and implement process improvements within the services department
• Assist product teams with feedback on new feature designs based on client needs
• Travel to client sites for meetings and training sessions
• Provide support to system users as needed
• Train new staff on Suvoda products and processes
• Conduct continuous risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle
