Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• 1 year of experience in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Analytical thinking with an ability for systematic problem-solving
• Attention to detail and demonstrated consultative skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver IRT solutions for drug management
• Design tailored IRT solutions based on clinical protocols and client discussions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business requirements into software features
• Document all design requirements thoroughly in specification templates
• Lead reviews of specifications with internal team and serve as design point of contact
• Facilitate client reviews of IRT specifications, ensuring timely updates and approvals
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) plan and coordinate data setup for testing
• Support redesign and implementation of new IRT features, focusing on process improvements
• Conduct meetings and training at client sites as needed
• Provide support to system users through customer care initiatives
