Job Description:

We are in search of a Senior associate with specialized expertise in healthcare policy. Associates are responsible for developing unique investment ideas based on rigorous policy analysis. They interact regularly with politicians, regulators and other policymakers, as well as investors across the US health care sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in policy and financial markets. A successful candidate will be a highly qualified professional with at least three years of experience in consulting, investment banking, policy analysis, or a related field.

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship


Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $90,000-$120,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.

This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
