This role is responsible for end-to-end build, release, deployment, and environment operations across mission-critical mortgage systems within RESL/TLS. The individual will act as the single point of accountability for production releases, environment readiness, and operational stability, ensuring seamless deployments, controlled batch execution, and secure, compliant infrastructure through proactive patching and vulnerability management.

  • Own and execute end-to-end deployment lifecycle across multiple environments (IST, QAT, Prod), ensuring smooth and controlled production releases
  • Manage release execution activities, including code deployment, database changes, and configuration updates
  • Maintain and govern release checklists, runbooks, and execution artifacts, ensuring audit and compliance readiness
  • Coordinate across development, QA, infrastructure, and support teams during release cycles to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Provide real-time communication on deployment status, risks, and post-release validation outcomes
  • Manage build processes and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., ACCP) including artifact validation, version verification, and release traceability
  • Perform artifact management activities (e.g., verifying tar files, validating builds, delta comparisons) to ensure deployment integrity
  • Control and manage batch execution cycles during releases, including holding and restarting batch jobs and ensuring synchronization with deployment activities
  • Monitor and validate post-deployment batch execution and downstream processing
  • Ensure readiness and health of application, database, and middleware environments, including server validation and environment stability checks
  • Support environment-level troubleshooting during releases and production incidents
  • Own and execute patching activities across OS, middleware, and application layers , ensuring systems remain secure and compliant
  • Lead Vulnerability management efforts, including identification, tracking, remediation, and closure of security findings in alignment with enterprise standards
  • Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain environment hygiene and reduce technical debt
  • Support incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) for deployment or environment-related issues
  • Ensure adherence to change management, release governance, and audit requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • Strong experience in DevOps, Build & Release Engineering , and production deployment management
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (ACCP, Jenkins, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, shell scripting, and automation
  • Experience working with - Application servers , Database systems, Artifact repositories
  • Familiarity with batch scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys or similar)
  • Experience managing large-scale production releases in enterprise/banking environments
  • Strong understanding of: Change management practices, Release governance frameworks, Environment management and operational controls
  • Hands-on experience in: Patching cycles (OS, middleware, application layers, Vulnerability management processes and tools
  • Understanding of audit, risk, and regulatory expectations in financial services
