Full Job Description
Responsibilities

The Schedule Analyst will manage Integrated Master Schedules for the Reentry Systems Branch. They will provide technical and programmatic systems support to the D5LE/LE2/Mk7 and other programs. In addition, they will support headquarters-level planning, development and execution for a variety of activities including systems integration, system accuracy, system reliability, support equipment design, and systems safety. Travel 2-3 times/year may be required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington D.C, up to 5 days a week.
  • SECRET clearance.
  • 5+ year’s professional experience as a Program Scheduler with strong understanding of Program Controls and Program Performance Management processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 tool experience.
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), and WBS.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • TOP SECRET Clearance.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP4).
  • Experience working with Strategic Systems Programs.
  • Experience working with DoD engineering and acquisition processes.
