Position Description: You will help implement procurement and inventory management processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. You will support the organization in aligning processes from purchasing demand through supplier payment and ensuring integration with finance and operations. You will help define controlled procurement rules and reliable master data that address the needs of users, suppliers and operations.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Facilitate fit to standard workshops on purchasing, requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier invoice processing.
. Analyze supplier and material data, inventory, valuation and goods movement processes within scope.
. Design and configure MM processes, master data and controls in the selected solution.
. Document decisions, business rules, conversion needs, test scenarios and results.
. Work with FI CO, SD, PP, EWM, TM and integration teams to validate end to end procurement and inventory flows.
. Support users through testing, training, go live preparation and stabilization.
. Clarify user roles, approval thresholds, purchasing rules and exception scenarios for requisitions, orders and receipts.
. Establish supplier and material data governance needs, including ownership for creation, validation and maintenance.
. Define operational controls for goods movements, inventory counts and receipt variances within the selected model.
. Review supplier invoice processing and reconciliation with purchase orders, receipts and financial postings.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: What you bring
. Experience implementing or supporting SAP Materials Management and procure to pay processes.
. Strong knowledge of purchasing, goods receipt, inventory and supplier invoice processing.
. Experience with business workshops, configuration, functional documentation and testing.
. Ability to assess operational needs, manage dependencies and recommend standard processes.
. Professional communication skills in both French and English, with a structured and collaborative approach.
. Ability to balance financial controls with the speed required by procurement and warehouse teams.
. Experience defining data ownership and preparing user guidance or procedures.
Assets
. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
. Experience in manufacturing or distribution and warehouse inventory management.
. Experience with goods procurement, inventory management or high volume supplier invoice processing.
. Knowledge of procurement integration with a warehouse, production or supplier systems.
Travel
Occasional travel to locations across Quebec is required, based on workshop needs, on site activities and the project schedule.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
