Position Description: You will design quality management processes and their integration with procurement, inventory, production and sales in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. You will ensure that quality controls support operational and business requirements. You will work with quality and operations leads to integrate inspections, quality decisions and traceability into daily processes, based on confirmed scope capabilities.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Facilitate fit to standard workshops and document quality control needs across operational processes.
Analyze goods receipt, in process and shipping controls, as well as inspection plans and characteristics.
Design inspection, defect processing and quality notification processes, and certificates where required by scope.
Define quality master data, decision rules, test scenarios and related conversion needs.
Work with MM, PP, SD, EWM and FI CO to validate integrated flows and operational impacts.
Support testing, user readiness, go live and issue resolution during stabilization.
Gather incoming, in process and pre shipment control needs, then document acceptance criteria.
Define quality master data needs, maintenance ownership and usage rules in integrated processes.
Design the handling of inspection results, defects and non conformances, including the decisions and follow up required from users.
Validate quality control traceability and test scenarios with procurement, production and shipping teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: What you bring
Experience implementing or supporting SAP Quality Management.
Strong understanding of inspection, non conformance and quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with workshops, configuration, functional design and integration testing.
Ability to connect quality controls with procurement, production, inventory and sales processes.
Professional communication skills in both French and English, with a focus on quality and traceability.
Ability to translate quality requirements into operational controls that are clear and testable.
Experience working with production, laboratory, supplier or quality assurance teams.
Assets
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
Experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, in process quality or certificates of analysis.
Experience documenting quality procedures and preparing for operational audits.
Knowledge of traceability and quality documentation needs in a manufacturing environment.
Travel
Occasional travel to locations across Quebec is required, based on workshop needs, on site activities and the project schedule.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$130,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.
