Responsibilities:The
SAP IBP Functional Lead is responsible for the implementation and enhancement of
SAP IBP Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization solutions. This role will provide functional expertise, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs, and translate requirements into SAP IBP solutions that support business objectives.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP IBP Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization solutions.
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for SAP IBP planning processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and functional requirements.
- Analyze business and user needs and translate them into SAP IBP functional solutions.
- Define and document functional requirements based on business and user needs.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, planning levels, master data, and related planning functionality based on business requirements.
- Support SAP IBP Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization functionality, including integration through CPI-DS.
- Participate in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and solution deployment.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP IBP functional and data-related issues.
- Document key processes, requirements, configurations, and solution changes.
- Ensure SAP IBP solutions align with business requirements and overall IT strategy.
- Stay current with SAP IBP functionality, best practices, and established standards.
What We Are Looking ForQualifications:- Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with planning solutions, specifically SAP IBP.
- Experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Supply & Response and Inventory Optimization.
- Experience with SAP IBP configuration, including planning areas, key figures, planning levels, and master data.
- Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP ERP and other source systems, including CPI-DS.
- Experience supporting SAP IBP enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$138,000 - $180,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
