Role Description & Responsibilities:
The Sales Operations Specialist is a North America-focused role supporting Sales Operations through data management, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The role provides accurate, timely, and actionable information to support sales leadership, business reviews, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards for Management System of Operations (MSO) weekly business reviews, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Manage sales data across databases, cloud platforms, files, and other sources, including data governance, quality control, aggregation, storage, and delivery.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and data visibility.
• Develop and implement AI agents and AI-enabled solutions to process, summarize, and deliver sales data and insights.
• Develop data visualizations that provide clear visibility into sales performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, data sources, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, IT, and other stakeholders to address data and reporting needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical, data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, reporting, and data management systems.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude AI, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Experience developing or working with AI agents or intelligent automation is a plus.
• Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly Netvibes Data Perspectives, is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to leadership and business stakeholders.

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $102000 and $120000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
