Role Description & Responsibilities We are hiring a
Technical Executive to be that partner: the trusted technical advisor who helps our solutions translate into real outcomes across a portfolio of strategic semiconductor and high-tech accounts. This is a
value-led technical advisory role . You will own the technical and business-value story for our most important semiconductor accounts - from early opportunity shaping through to value cases, executive sponsorship, and adoption after go-live. You will operate at the intersection of three things: deep semiconductor / high-tech domain knowledge, fluency in the Dassault Systèmes platform, and the ability to build and defend a business case in front of a VP or C-level sponsor.
We are looking to fill this position on the West Coast, but location is flexible.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build the long-term roadmap. Co-create a multi-year transformation roadmap with each strategic account - starting from where the customer wants to take their business, sequencing quick wins through longer-horizon change, and revisiting it as priorities evolve.

Own the value story. Lead value-discovery and workshops that bring the business value of our solutions to life, grounded in real proof points.

Build compelling business cases. Turn customer drivers into 3DEXPERIENCE solution scenarios, ROM/SOW scoping, and KPI frameworks that resonate with executives.

Shape and qualify opportunities. Partner with Client Executives and Sales Experts to win priority accounts across design, verification, manufacturing, and supplier management.

Engage executives. Deliver presentations that move VP and C-level sponsors from interest to committed programs.
•
Bring the industry view. Connect semiconductor and electronics trends and pain points to the right solution alignment.
•
Drive adoption. Stay engaged after go-live to confirm value delivered and build the next opportunity from it.
•
Align the ecosystem. Keep Client Executives, Sales Experts, delivery teams, and partners moving behind one coherent account strategy.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years in strategic technical sales, value engineering, digital transformation, systems engineering, or technical consulting with a history of helping customers achieve real outcomes
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the semiconductor and high-tech domain
- Demonstrated success in managing digital transformation projects
- Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions
- Ability to demonstrate leadership to both internal and external teams
- Exposure to Dassault Systemes Product Portfolio a plus
- Effective Relationship Building Skills
- Effective Presentation Skills including building the business case (ROI models, value stories)
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $170000 and $220000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
