What You'll Do
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance across the Seattle territory. You'll develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives.
- Create and execute territory sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures.
- Partner with marketing and business leaders to increase brand awareness and business development opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
