Responsibilities

The Position:

Drive the delivery strategy and execution of total system release of sub products achieving desired outcomes. Coach and collaborate with stakeholders and teams, resolve impediments, manage risks, and drive relentless improvement. Facilitates planning events and processes, and lead teams in delivering value.

Execution & Delivery
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving blockers to maintain execution momentum.
  • Define and communicate the portfolio goal, create and clearly communicate portfolio backlog items and prioritize to maximize business goals and value.
  • Empower Agile teams by providing clear goals, guidance, and a shared understanding of priorities aligned with defined roadmap.
  • Ensure consistent quality of production ready deliverables before promoting to business owners or and users.

Strategy & Planning
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the system release strategy for sub-products.
  • Optimize the flow of value within the Agile Release Train (ART) by facilitating collaboration and transparency.
  • Collaborates and ensures alignment with various internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure delivered outcomes meets the expectations of stakeholders by tracking the execution of features.
  • Responsible for the execution of the product roadmap to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Coaching & Leadership
  • Lead and empower Agile teams and colleagues by providing coaching, guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship on SAFe practices and Agile principles.
  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement, demonstrating incremental improvements. Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal/professional and team growth, constantly seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.


The wage range of $142,000 - $238,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives (please also ensure to include a full list of "other forms of compensation" applicable to any posting too, and this would include GEB, NQDC, commissions, profit-sharing, as just some illustrative examples).

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field, or 14+ years of related experience in a software development or product delivery role.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a software development or product delivery role, preferably in an Agile methodology.
  • Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures to deliver system solutions including hardware and software integrations.
  • Experience and/or certification/training in one or more of the following: Team Management, Change Management, Agile project development, PMP, Lean operations, Six Sigma or other process management techniques and tools (preferred).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred).
  • SAFe Agile Certification (preferred).
  • Ability to determine work priorities and establish operational objectives and work plans.
  • Previous experience executing product roadmaps to achieve business goals.
  • Advanced level experience supporting a team as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, participation and buy-in for work groups or project teams, taking a broad perspective to develop solutions that are creative, effective, and often unique.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work across global internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability in developing and delivering business presentations for senior management and internal customers.
  • Ability to effectively influence multiple constituencies internally and externally and inspire action without direct organizational management responsibility.
  • Proven experience resolving a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.
  • Demonstrated experience inspiring positive change and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience achieving alignment, fostering collaboration and connecting key functional partners.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members and ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
