Full Job Description
About the Team:

The Ecosystem Health team protects our users and helps ensure a safe, authentic experience across Grindr. We build products and systems that safeguard the integrity of user accounts and activity, tackling spam, fake accounts, fraud, illegal activities, and harmful conduct while preserving the privacy, discretion, and freedom of our community values.

This is a hybrid product/program management role, where you'll drive the execution of complex Ecosystem Health programs across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Experience. You'll turn priorities into clear plans, establish the systems that keep teams aligned, surface risks early, and unblock the work required to improve user safety and platform integrity.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays.

About the Job:
  • Own the program plan, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution for key initiatives within Ecosystem Health.
  • Translate priorities into clear milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and decisions across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Experience, Legal, and Privacy.
  • Partner regularly with Engineering to identify technical dependencies, resolve blockers, manage delivery risks, and keep execution moving.
  • Establish tools, processes, and systems that improve planning, accountability, decision-making, and visibility across the program.
  • Provide regular executive updates that make progress, tradeoffs, risks, and required decisions easy to understand.
  • Anticipate issues before they slow delivery, escalate with clear recommendations, and drive teams toward resolution.
  • Define program health metrics, track outcomes, and use retrospectives to improve how cross-functional teams work together.

Role Requirements:
  • 5+ years of technical program management, strategy and operations, consulting, or related experience leading complex initiatives in consumer technology or marketplaces.
  • A track record of driving cross-functional programs from planning through launch, with clear ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineers and leaders on architecture, sequencing, launch readiness, and execution tradeoffs.
  • Experience establishing tools, processes, and operating systems that improve delivery across multiple functions.
  • Clear executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex program details into concise updates, risks, and decisions.
  • Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk, identity, marketplace integrity, or another complex domain with high operational and technical stakes.
  • Strong judgment under ambiguity, with the ability to create clarity, hold teams accountable, and unblock work without direct authority.

You May Thrive in this Role if You:
  • Enjoy working at the intersection of technical complexity, program execution, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Turn ambiguous goals into practical plans and build the operating structure teams need to deliver.
  • Know when to solve a problem directly, when to bring teams together, and when to escalate with a recommendation.
  • Have supported programs involving automated systems, machine learning, moderation, fraud, identity, or user safety.
  • Communicate comfortably with both technical teams and executives, adjusting the level of detail without losing the core issue.
  • Are AI-native or rapidly becoming so - you actively use AI tools in your workflow and are always looking for new ways to leverage them.

Benefits and Perks:
  • Health, Dental & Vision Full premium coverage for you. Partial coverage for dependents.
  • Family Formation Up to $300,000 in fertility and family-building support, covering IVF, surrogacy, egg freezing, and adoption.
  • Retirement: 401(k) with 6% match and immediate vesting.
  • Compensation: Industry-competitive compensation, company bonus, and equity for every employee.
  • Gender-Affirming Care : Industry-leading gender-affirming offerings with up to 90% cost coverage, access to Included Health, monthly stipends for HRT, and more.
  • Time Off & Rest Flexible vacation policy. Two company-wide rest weeks per year.
  • Other Benefits: Monthly stipends for cell phone, internet, wellness, food, and commuting, breakfast/lunch
