Regional Sales Manager- US


The role:
As a Regional SalesManager, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Leading commercial activity across the region, delivering revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • Managing strategic customer relationships and expanding opportunities across the Chemical and LST product portfolio.
  • Coaching and developing a regional sales team, driving performance,engagementand capability growth.
  • Identifyingnew business opportunities, supporting product scale-upand coordinating cross-functional customer solutions.
  • Providing market intelligence, forecastingdemandand supporting pricing and budgeting decisions.
  • Working closely with operations, R&D and commercial stakeholders tooptimiseproducts, support innovation andmaximisecustomer value.
