JOB TITLE: Regional Clinical Outreach Manager

STATUS: Full-Time, Exempt

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Regional Clinical Outreach Manager's responsibilities are to identify, cultivate, and enhance AMFM Healthcare's marketing reach, and to seek out and grow business opportunities across various geographic localities, and to provide an initial contact point for potential admits that are then referred to the admissions and clinical teams. The primary function of the Regional Clinical Outreach Manager position is to build strategic relationships with other healthcare providers, and is the point person to develop a specific region.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Must be 21 years or older to apply for this position.
  2. Possess valid driver's license with reliable transportation and the ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
  3. Ability to pass a standard background screen.
  4. 5+ years experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
  5. Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 5 lbs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  2. Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment, including telephones, computers, copy machines, fax machines, calculators, scanners, and shredders.
  3. Ability to be professional and maintain a positive attitude and relationships with coworkers.
  4. Excel at both written and verbal communications to convey essential information; must be able to utilize the proper linguistic syntax and spelling.
  5. Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology as it relates to the delivery of clinical care to the clients within our programs.
  6. Knowledge of the clinical, medical, and miscellaneous services provided to the clients.
  7. Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and G Suite products.
  8. Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Regional Clinical Outreach Manager will be responsible for all the following, and additional duties may be removed or assigned as needed. These include but are not limited to:
  1. Develop and execute all marketing strategies and materials for their region.
  2. Procure vital information from potential clients regarding the clients' current situation and needs.
  3. Develop and nurture new and old business.
  4. Assist in training and development of new marketing staff.
  5. Receive and route inbound admissions calls from potential clients and other programs.
  6. Engage other providers in the healthcare community to develop strategic relationships.
  7. Update and manage the CRM system.
  8. Track and submit all expenses timely.
  9. Track and calendar all tasks and marketing events for the region.
  10. Attend, participate, organize, and execute conferences and events.
