Develop and annually update service/management plans, policies, and procedures, and implement systems to ensure that Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance are carried out in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards, the Head Start Act, and all regulatory agencies.
Conducts all employee discipline in accordance with the Adult Day Services employee handbook.Provides for and maintains records of staff training, orientation, and meetings as dictated by human resource policies, contractors, funding sources, and licensors.
Supervise assigned department personnel. This includes the following responsibilities, but not
limited to: participate in hiring development team
with HR, evaluating, training, scheduling,
ensuring accuracy,timeliness, and the
completion of all work performed by direct reports
