Monitors FTE utilization and makes recommendations to promote cost-effective man-hour practices in collaboration with the DON; ensures center is clean and facility is maintained per policy, accreditation, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the DON.

Roll out an enterprise wise data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to organization behavior policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture.

Work closely with AMSURG service desk management to ensure the service desk analysts are knowledgeable of Insight centers, products and services. Create materials and provide training for service desk analysts where appropriate.
Maintain daily sales activity through outgoing calls to hospital executives and physician leadership, via telephone and written correspondence to investigate the existing physician staffing model for multiple departments with demographic targets
Demonstrate advanced security knowledge and experience on technologies and methodologies as it relates to operating systems, firewalls, proxies, access controls, encryption, networking, programming/scripting, auditing, vulnerability assessments, intrusion management and operations management to assist the IT team with effective research, data gathering, analysis, metrics reporting and communications.
