About this role

What we're looking for:

We are seeking an experienced real estate partner group with a demonstrated focus on development (dirt), acquisitions and dispositions, and complex transactional real estate matters. You should have a verifiable portable book of business, ideally $1.5M+, with historical originations and personal collections aligned with firm revenue expectations. The ideal candidate group will have strong market credibility in Dallas, stable career progression, and the ability to operate within a collection-based compensation structure requiring meaningful personal billable contribution in addition to originations.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and grow a Dallas-based dirt/development real estate practice.
  • Originate, manage, and expand client relationships in the Texas market.
  • Handle complex development, acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions.
  • Meet assigned collection goals under a working attorney model.
  • Collaborate across offices to leverage capital markets, finance, restructuring, and corporate capabilities.
  • Contribute strategically to office diversification and long-term market expansion.
