Gray Television, Inc. is a television broadcast company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Established in 1946 by James Harrison Gray as Gray Communications Systems, the company owns or operates 145 stations across the United States, based primarily in small- and medium-sized markets. It also owns video program production, marketing, and digital businesses including Raycom Sports, Tupelo-Raycom, and RTM Studios, the producer of PowerNation programs and content. Gray Television is the second-largest television broadcaster in the United States by number of stations owned and operated, behind Nexstar Media Group.
