Objectif :

Assister la direction du département dans le développement de la stratégie du département et la constitution de l'équipe; assurer un niveau élevé de service aux clients et développer des stratégies en accord avec les objectifs du département; gérer les relations clés avec les clients; servir d'expert dans l'alignement, la gestion et l'amélioration des relations avec les clients tout en gardant une vue d'ensemble du portefeuille de clients d'un point de vue opérationnel et financier. Communiquer avec les équipes de projet et le développement commercial afin de garantir une excellente prestation aux clients et la cohérence entre les études, y compris la gestion des relations et des portefeuilles, la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques, l'harmonisation et le développement de projets d'amélioration des performances spécifiques aux clients, et faciliter la gestion de la transmission à l'échelon supérieur.

RESPONSABILITÉS :
  • Assurer une qualité constante et exceptionnelle des produits livrés par le département.
  • Gérer les relations avec les clients et diriger les équipes afin d'atteindre avec succès les objectifs fixés par le client.
  • Gérer les procédures opérationnelles standard du département et veiller au respect des lignes directrices BPC de la CIH.
  • Superviser la maintenance, l'examen et la mise en œuvre des procédures de contrôle de la qualité.
  • Diriger les projets et les initiatives du département et de l'entreprise.
  • Procéder à la planification des capacités.
  • Assister l'équipe de développement commercial dans l'examen des demandes de propositions (RFP) et des demandes d'informations (RFI) pour les comptes attribués, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes et le client.
  • Superviser les prévisions, le carnet de commandes et les projections pour les comptes existants; compléter les prévisions pour les comptes existants.
  • En tant que responsable expérimenté, les tâches peuvent inclure l'encadrement de nouveaux employés ainsi que des initiatives d'amélioration des processus au niveau du département et/ou de l'organisation. Il s'agit d'un poste à contribution individuelle.

Purpose:

To assist the department Director in developing department strategy and team building; to ensure a high standard of service to clients and develop strategies in alignment with departmental objectives; to manage key client relationships; to manage; to serve as an expert in aligning, managing and enhancing client relationship(s) while maintaining an overview of client portfolio from an operational and financial perspective. To communicate with project teams and Business Development to ensure excellent delivery to clients and consistency across studies, including alliance and portfolio management, implementation of best practices, harmonization, and development of client-specific performance improvement projects, and to facilitate escalation management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure consistent and outstanding quality against department deliverables.
  • Manage customer relationships and lead the teams towards successfully achieving customer deliverables.
  • Manage the standard operating procedures of the department and ensure compliance with ICH GCP guidelines.
  • Oversee the maintenance, review and implementation of Quality Control procedures.
  • Lead departmental and company Projects and Initiatives.
  • Conduct capacity planning.
  • Assist the Business Development team with RFP (request for proposal)/RFI (request for information) review for assigned accounts, working closely with the internal teams and the client.
  • Oversee forecast, backlog and projections for existing account; complete forecasting for existing accounts.
  • As an experienced leader, tasks might include new hire mentorship as well as departmental and/or organizational process improvement initiatives. This is an individual contributor role.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00.
