The Project Manager Level 7 is responsible for leading strategic initiatives with a strong focus on business case development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with Agile methodologies and organizational goals.

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis and ROI projections


  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and transparency


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making


  • Apply Agile principles to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, promoting continuous improvement and team collaboration


  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes


  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning efforts

  • Experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale environments
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced financial and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
