Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will contribute to establishing a new Project Management Office (PMO) for the Enterprise Technologies Group to help the organization prioritize, coordinate, and successfully deliver technology-enabled business initiatives. The position can be located in Montreal or Ontario - Hybrid work mode (2 days on-site) from one of our offices located in Aurora, Vaughan or Mississauga. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the delivery of complex projects across manufacturing operations, technology, finance, HR, and other business functions while shaping how the PMO operates. You'll help define the processes, governance, standards, and roadmap that enable the PMO to become a trusted partner to the business. The successful candidate develops a clear understanding of each group's priorities and constraints, anticipates cross-functional impacts, raises them early, and works with stakeholders toward resolution. This is a senior individual contributor role that relies on influence, credibility, and collaboration rather than formal authority. This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth. The salary range for this position is $108,000 to $141,750 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
