  • Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third-party audits and drive corrective actions
  • Oversee root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and failure investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies
  • Manage supplier quality, including audits and performance monitoring
  • Lead inspection, testing, and product acceptance across manufacturing operations
  • Chair Material Review Board activities and manage nonconformance and risk decisions
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on quality metrics and improvement initiatives

What you'll do
