Work You'll DoAs a Project Senior Engineering Management Specialist the team, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports to support maintenance, operational, and business decision-making across Fleet Readiness Centers.
- Translate user stories and business requirements into actionable data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions within an agile delivery framework.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Power BI tools to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets.
- Leverage Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional government and contractor teams, actively participating in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to deliver iterative product improvements.

QualificationsRequired
: - Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 4+ years of experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report publishing.
- 2+ years experience in SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.
- 2+ years experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting.
- 1+ years experience working in an agile or scrum environment with strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
